Our complimentary 30-day return and exchange policy* is here to ensure just that, your complete satisfaction. Read on to learn more about our easy process put in place for your seamless experience.

Free Exchanges and Returns

Our free returns and exchanges policy ensures that you absolutely love your Juvalin piece. Starting from the delivery date, you have 30 days to decide. If, for some reason, you find yourself not entirely content with your jewelry, you can exchange or return the item for free. Please find the details of the simplified three-step process below.

For Exchanges:

  • To initiate the exchange process, first contact our customer service team at care@juvalin.com with your order number. If you are unsure about your order number, check the confirmation of order email we’ve sent you.
  • Once you get in contact, our customer service team will send you a prepaid return shipping label. You can use this label to ship the item back to us easily, free of charge.
  • As soon as we receive the returned item, we will send you the new piece of your choice.

For Returns:

  • To initiate the return process, contact our customer service team at care@juvalin.com with your order number. If you are unsure about your order number, check the order confirmation email we’ve sent you.
  • Once you get in contact, our customer service will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, which you can use for a hassle-free return experience.
  • We’ll process the refund as soon as we receive the returned item. Kindly note that it usually takes 3-5 business days to complete the refund process, depending on your bank.

Important Information for Returns and Exchanges:

To ensure you are eligible for an exchange or a full refund:

  • Make sure all returned items are unworn and accompanied by all original documentation. Worn or used items may be subject to a 10%-20% restocking fee, plus the shipping fees.
  • =Do not remove any string tags from the items that you intend to return.
  • Per calendar year we offer 2 complimentary returns. This is to ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our products. You may still return or exchange an item, after those 2 complimentary returns, provided that the restocking fee and the shipping charges are covered by you.
  • Our 2 complimentary returns should be used for 2 separate orders.

Non-Returnable Items

We do our best to provide flexibility to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, kindly note that not all items you have purchased from us are returnable. Here is a list of all items that are not eligible for returns:

  • Items that were previously exchanged,
  • Personalized items, like name bracelets and necklaces (excepting engraved rings, which are eligible for returns),
  • Rings that were previously resized or modified,
  • Custom-made jewelry (unless there is a production defect).

Comparison Purchasing Policy

At Juvalin, we are committed to keeping our prices fair. To be able to continue to provide our customers with a satisfactory return and exchange service, we have put forth a policy against comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing refers to ordering multiple products with the intention of keeping one and returning the others. In case of a suspected comparison purchase, the items you order may not qualify for our standard return policy, meaning you may not be able to return the items for a refund or exchange.


We understand that you may need to compare products before making a purchase. However, we need to ensure that our customers are able to receive the product that they want and that our business remains profitable.
