Whats next after your purchase
As Juvalin, we are here to make sure your experience with us is as seamless as possible, so you can focus on what’s important: celebrating life’s happy moments! That’s why we want to let you know about every step of the order process. Here is what comes next once you complete your purchase.
Order Confirmation:
After receiving your order, we will send you an automated email confirming your purchase and detailing your order number. This order number will help you track the status of your order. Please note that it can take a few minutes for this confirmation or order to reach you. If you don’t see anything in your inbox, it might be a good idea to also check your spam box. If it’s neither in your inbox nor your spam box, please let us know by sending us an email at service@juvalin.com.
Crafting:
At the same time that the order confirmation email reaches you, our expert artisans also receive your order and get crafting straight away. Depending on the complexity of your order, the production time changes. For example, a simple ring will naturally take less time than an ornate necklace. You can consult the related product pages for details relating to production times.
Processing and packaging:
We feel just as excited as you are to send you a package worth celebrating. Once our team of artisans are done crafting your custom piece, our packaging team will take over. They will place your Juvalin piece in its special, stylish box and make sure it arrives safe and sound, and ready to stun.
Having been a part of many surprise celebrations, we know that sometimes you need us to keep your package a secret. If that is the case, please let us know in advance at service@juvalin.com and we will do our best to be as discreet as possible.
Shipment:
When it’s packed and all ready for dispatch, your order will be picked up by our delivery partner. You will receive a second email once your package is dispatched. This email will contain the tracking number, allowing you to see where your package is and when it will arrive. Please note that for domestic orders, it takes around 2-3 business days after shipment for your package to reach you. To find out more about delivery times please consult our shipment policy.
